Today, after years working for Gourmet Magazine, Cuisinarts, and authoring three cookbooks, I continue to develop recipes and style food for print and commercial packaging, teach at culinary schools in Connecticut and New York, consult, write food articles for magazines and newspapers, and work as a spokesperson for various products and associations.
