The Famous GloverPen Margaritas

I'm a foodie from way back. When I was thirteen I started catering small parties for my parents friends, and by fifteen I was working for a professional caterer. A kitchen shop, gourmet market and Cuisinarts test kitchens and studio was where I got my training during high school and college. My dreams came true after college graduation, when I was hired as a food editor at Gourmet Magazine. That's where I got my real culinary education.

Today, as a multi-tasking freelancer and cookbook author, I create recipes and style food for photography in print and commercial packaging, teach at culinary schools in Connecticut and New York, consult, write food articles, and work as a spokesperson for various products and associations.
